Carmina’s baking scene at home  *Strawberry and Raspberry Mousse Cake*

『From the day I took the strawberry mouse cake class I couldn’t wait for an ocasion to make this beautiful and delicious cake.

My friend’s birthday came, and here I am offering to bring the cake.

I made the biscuit a day before, like Reiko advised. Nice lemony aroma filled the house. Next day the rest went without issues and I had the cake ready in no time.

 
Everybody was impressed. even myself :). It was delicious and it disapeared from the plates, people even asking for seconds. Went well with a special champaigne from France that our friend kept for this ocasion.

Can’t wait to learn new ways to spoil my family and friends!

Vanilla bavarois and pear compote charlotte.

今が季節の洋梨のコンポートと洋梨ブランデーがほのかに香るバニラのババロアの甘く優しい組み合わせ。

クリスマスに向けてのお菓子製作に。少し早めにご紹介致します。
