Carmina’s Autumn Pie
“After the Halloween we were left with few pumpkins that we had for decoration.
As I don’t like wasting perfectly gòod vegetables, I decided to make a pumpkin pie using the feuilletage rapide recipe I learned from you last year but instead apples I used pumpkin which I grated and cooked just a little with butter, sugar, pate espice and calvados.
I also used the cutting tool I bought after the salmon pie class but, as you can see from the picture I still need some practice for perfect results.
So basically, I combined knowledge from three classes to make a delicious dessert perfect for autumn.

My family was very happy and eat it in no time.I really enjoyed doing this.
