一昨年作った梅酒の梅が沢山瓶にゴロゴロしていたのを贅沢に使ったカトルカール。
梅酒の芳香な香りと甘〜いバターの香りのコンビネーション。
梅酒効果で生地もしっとりと焼き上がって、、、
心にほっと灯が灯るような、優しいお菓子です。
日本にまだ行ったことがないという友人達を招いて
この和風ケイクでお茶の時間。
日本の文化やお料理の話題に花が咲きました。
